Jesco began to gain traction in 2017 and that’s only pushed them to try their best each new album release. Notable accomplishments include headlining at the Lansing Metal Festival 2019 and having a cover feature in Lansing’s local music magazine. When the pandemic hit, they weren’t sure what would happen to the band, but along with other colleagues in the genre, they pivoted. Their band pandemic activities include a live streamed show and a stronger online presence. They’re all glad to be back on touring and doing live shows and excited for what’s in store for them in 2023.

- What is their current job? Touring musician – rhythm guitarist and backing vocals. He is glad touring is back on, the pandemic was pretty rough on his mental health.
- What do they think about their current job? He loves that making music is creative, requires him to work with a team, and allows him to travel to many places he would probably never have gone.
- What are some of their past jobs? Factory line worker, guitar repair, and stock-room associate.
- What are their hobbies? Working out, listening to interesting podcasts since he hates reading.

- A favorite memory of 2022? Putting his two pitbulls, Coco and Kobe, in halloween costumes earlier this week. Coco was a bee and Kobe was a snail. He and his friend Eric couldn’t stop laughing.

- What is their current job? Touring musician – drums. The pandemic allowed him to explore other hobbies he had put on hold, but he’s glad to be back at it.
- What do they think about their current job? He loves the creativity, but technicality, that music involves. He also appreciates the opportunity to visit so many places on tour.
- What are some of their past jobs? Ice cream scooper (he hated that job with a passion), odd jobs for colleagues of his parents, residency advisor at university (got him free housing).
- What are their hobbies? He’s bounced around hobbies in the past, but during the pandemic he got really into welding metal animal sculptures of all shapes and sizes. His girlfriend, Charlie, told him he needed to start a side hustle to get them all out of their garage…
- Educational background? He studied at a vocational high school, and then entered university under one degree, but finished with another. He completed all his schooling in the DC area.
- What is their favorite animal? He’d never been much of a house pet person growing up, but he’s taken a strong liking to Newt and Trevor, Charlie’s frogs and enjoyed his ventures in welding animal sculptures during the pandemic.
- Do they enjoy learning? He loves learning and had a great time at university because of all the various courses he could take.
- A favorite memory of 2022? Finally settling back in the DC area. He is still in the band, but he realized he can do a lot of work remotely, and travel back to CA for anything the band needs him in-person for. He and Charlie have taken to gardening together.

- What is their current job? Touring musician – bass player and backing vocals. He’s glad the worst of the pandemic seems to have passed (for now), and will always be grateful that Takashi was his pandemic hangout buddy. For sanity’s sake.
- What do they think about their current job? Being in a band was his dream since he discovered metal music in junior high. He’s happy his dream worked out.
- What are some of their past jobs? Newspaper delivery, under the table mail sorter at his dad’s job, played in various bands in high school.
- What are their hobbies? Cooking is a hobby he’s dedicated to and his girlfriend, Siobhan, has no complaints. He’s a terrible baker though. He also dabbles in making funky electro beats.
- Educational background? High school diploma
- What is the most beautiful thing they’ve ever seen? The Musee d’Orsay, the Paris museum in an old train station
- Do they pick up their dog’s poop on a walk or sneak off and hope no one saw the dog poop on their lawn? He usually picks up after his chihuahua, Mr. Pickles, but sometimes he forgets to grab a bag and just shuffles away and prays for forgiveness.
- A favorite memory of 2022? When Takashi took him “ghost hunting” in a historic venue they played at. He’s not sure why he always gets roped into Takashi’s bizarre activities, but he has fun.

- What is their current job? Touring musician – Lead guitarist. He also helps his dad out with the family restaurant delivery whenever he’s home from touring.
- What do they think about their current job? He enjoys that it is vastly different from his other interests, and loves the creative challenge of making music.
- What are some of their past jobs? He worked as a dishwasher at his dad’s restaurant, a hotel valet, and babysitter for some of his parent’s friends.
- What are their hobbies? He likes cooking, volunteering for bay area marine organizations, binge watching good tv shows.
- Educational background? He got an Associate degree in biology, but wants to attend university eventually.
- Favorite food? His dad’s marinated pork and rice (even his dad doesn’t have a name for it), and any other Asian cuisine.
- What is something they’re terrible at? Singing. He’s banned from backing vocals but is okay with that.
- A favorite memory of 2022? Before their spring tour, he took the band to Point Lobos for a hike and to see the wild sea lions.

- What is their current job? Touring musician – Vocalist. He’s glad that things are returning to (a new) normal.
- What do they think about their current job? He likes that it is unconventional, but has to be achieved with hard work, he also likes that it has creative and technical aspects all in one.
- What are some of their past jobs? Busboy at an upscale restaurant, and a barista.
- What are their hobbies? Gardening and coffee tasting.
- Educational background? High school diploma and certificate in business management from LCSU.
- Favorite food? Korean food (and Taco Bell, but is that really food?)
- What is something they’re terrible at? Drawing
- A favorite memory of 2022? Being able to celebrate his birthday on tour again. He drank way too much wine and ended up throwing up by a bush the next morning (and now has a great phone recording of it) thanks to Dominic. The video was sent to his wife, Luz, and she just sent the laughing and skull emojis (but also said that she was glad he had a good birthday and couldn’t wait to see him when he returned).
